Have you or a student any fresh ideas for fundraising? Has an idea worked particularly well at a club or another school and you think it would work well at Somervale School? Would you run or help with the idea?

Spending the Funds we raise
Have any of the school colleges or departments got wishes? Send the wish information to the PTA and we will see if this wish is voted to become our PTA target for the year or a shared target.
The sort of information required is :
Who would benefit?
Cost?
Timescale?
Any existing funding?
Percentage of funding required from PTA?
Do you require PTA to apply for grant or funding under the PTA Charity status?
If so, supply details of trust, category etc.
Is school college/department willing to fundraise within school for the PTA target?
Is school college/department willing to help with events for the PTA target outside school hours?

Have any parent, guardian, carer, friend or student any ideas on how you would like to see the funds we raise spent? Please do not hesitate to contact the Chairperson, or any of the Committee, through this website via 'Contact Us' or drop a letter to us via the school office.
